Our Company
PracticE Ready is an independent venture co-founded by Elton Daddow and Emma Reeve, with Emma’s involvement via EMLR Consulting. We merge two vital pillars: actual social care regulation and risk prevention experience, alongside the creation of immersive simulations that convert theory into results. Our team focuses on refining the internal technology and delivery frameworks required to provide these powerful learning simulations at scale.

Emma Reeve
Emma offers over 20 years of expertise in care leadership, quality assurance, and risk prevention. Her background includes managing care services and analyzing the disparity between formal protocols and actual daily practice. She has contributed to national safety initiatives regarding learning disabilities and care guidance. At PracticE Ready, Emma drives the care methodology and regulatory insight through EMLR Consulting, ensuring our training reflects professional standards.
Elton Daddow
Elton has 28 years of history in simulation-based education and leadership development. Termed The Simulations Guy, he crafts immersive environments where individuals test their judgment and grow in confidence without external risk. Prior to this, he managed large-scale simulation delivery and held leadership roles at Pearson and ACCA. At PracticE Ready, Elton oversees the technical simulation design, the learning journey, and the overall commercial growth of the company.
